Add Users

Approvers can add users to their organization.  Select Add User from the User menu.

Note: This function is not available to Limited Users

Fields	Description
User ID	Enter the User ID to be used when logging onto WebCapture.
First Name	Enter the user’s first name.
Last Name	Enter the user’s last name.
Role	Select a role for this user.
Email	Enter the user’s email address.
Verify Email	Re-enter the user’s email address for verification.
Scanner Type	Select the type of scanner that will be used. The choices are: · Panini-MyVisionX · Digital Check -TS200 Series · MagTek-Excella · MagTeck-STX To change the scanner type at any time, the user can select a different scanner type while updating their profile.
Site ID	Enter the Site ID.  This is the location of the user’s site.  This is a required field.
Item Threshold	Note: This field displays only if Limited User is selected as the Role. If the user is assigned a Limited User role, enter the maximum item amount with which this user is allowed to work. This field should be a non zero positive number. A Limited user is allowed to add checks to the deposit only if the check amount is equal to or less than the threshold.
Deposit Threshold	Note: This field displays only if Limited User is selected as the Role. If the user is assigned a Limited User role, enter the maximum total deposit amount with which this user is allowed to work. This field should be a non zero positive number. A Limited user is allowed to add checks to the deposit as long as the total amount of items is equal to or less than the threshold.
Access Site Level Deposits	Note: This field displays only if Limited User is selected as the Role. Select this check box to enable the Limited User to view all deposits for their site. Otherwise, the Limited User is able to view only the deposits they have created.

When you have entered the appropriate information for the new user, press the Create button to add the user to the system or press the Cancel button to cancel the process.
