While connected to the internet, open your internet browser. Enter the WebCapture URL provided by your network administrator. The WebCapture Login window displays.

On the Login window, enter your User Id and Password and then press the Login button.
Note : See your administrative personnel to receive your assigned User Id and Password.
These fields are case sensitive fields. The maximum length for a User Id is 30 characters. Passwords cannot be less than 6 characters or more than 12 characters in length.
There is a “Disable Password” option that can be selected upon installation of the WebCapture system. Be aware that if this option is enabled on your system, the password fields and options mentioned throughout this manual will not be functional or visible to the user. The following areas are impacted by this option: Change Password, Reset Password and the sending of e-mails containing passwords.
