Deposit Threshold

A Deposit Threshold can be assigned to a Limited User during the initial setup of the user. See Add Users for more information on assigning Deposit Threshold.

Deposit Threshold is enforced for the user who currently has the deposit open. 

When creating a deposit, if the user enters a deposit amount that exceeds their Deposit Threshold, a warning displays in red at the top of the window. The user must enter a Deposit Amount that it is less than or equal to the Deposit Threshold Amount for this account.

When scanning checks, if the total for the checks exceeds the deposit amount, a warning displays in red at the top of the window.

Another user may continue working with this deposit if they have access to Site Level Deposits and if their Deposit Threshold exceeds that of current amount. 

The Approver can access this deposit and see that the Deposit Amount Threshold was exceeded by the particular user. The Approver can then select the Accept Deposit Amount button to finish the create deposit process.
